cannot add sub account in trial account

Hello Everyone,

i have registered a new account and when i click on "Cloud Foundry Trial" , it navigates to the below image .

There are no subaccounts . however i can no where find a button "New Subaccount" as well.

Also i cannot find any such issue by doing a quick search. so i am missing something.

can someone help what is that i am missing?

Hi,

Maybe there is an issue with your trial account. It is not visible in your screen but I would say that your account expired. But you mentioned that you have just registered this new subaccount.

I would recommend that open a ticket on component BC-NEO-CIS provide your Global Account ID (P200...trial) and request to delete your cloud foundry trial account. After you can create a new subaccount which should work.
