Exclusion of materials in an on-going rebate agreement.

In a rebate agreement (VBO3), is it possible to only exclude a single material? For example - An agreement is created for a period of 5 years,for which condition is based on material group and trade name. The user wants to block one of the materials belonging to a material group in rebate conditions.The billing documents for this material have been calculated in rebate payments for the first 2 years. Is it possible to only exclude this material from third year onwards?
