I unable to see the instances on the History for webi reports

Hi Everyone.

I have a problem to see the instances that I have on the Webi reports. When I go to History I cannot see the instances:

Before I could see all the instances from my webi reports.

Do you have any suggestion about what could be the problem? how to resolve this issue ?

Thanks for quick reply.

Here in my case we are not using the Tomcat server Instead of Tomcat we are using the WebSphere server so can you the advise the same.

Hi Stefan,

You can go to CMC-> Folders -> Actions -> Limit -> Check the setting 'Delete excess instances when there are more than N instances of an object'.

If this is fine, you need to check user rights as mentioned in link provided by Neeraj.

Link which Neeraj has shared, also asks to clear the Tomcat cache.

As you have websphere, you can do the same i.e clear its cache and see if it helps.

Yes I believe there is no harm in clearing up the cache along with the suggestions posted by Mithilesh.
