Implementation of C4C for an IT Service company

Hi,

We would like to implement C4C for an IT service company.

I am new to C4C, I have checked other post, but nothing relates to process for IT service company.

Instead of Salesforce, client want to implement SAP C4C as a standalone software.

Here the product is not material, it's the Consultant/Engineer.

Each day the product will differ based on the customer reuqirement.

Can the Enquiry/Quote and other sales process can be created directly in C4C.

  • What would be the best practice for C4C implementation
  • Is there specific procedure to follow for C4C process for IT service company
  • Can you please explain the process to follow in C4C as an IT service company

Hello Vinoth,

could you post your question in the SAP Cloud for Customer room ? - see Link:I think your C4C question are in better hands in these room, cause the actual room handeld with SAP CRM Service questions. Sorry but it's not possible to forward your question in the SAP Cloud room.

Hi Vinoth,

C4C can be implemented for IT Service company.

- Quote can be created directly in C4C. You can start with creation of Accounts -> Leads -> Opportunity -> Quote.

- For Customer Service: You can use Service feature.
