Listener Start failed- after Oracle Upgrade to 12C

Dear Experts, I have updated our DB from 11 to 12 C. But i am facing issue during starting the listener after upgradation activity using .dbua.sap.sh All the listener.ora and tnsnames.ora files copied to new(12102) location and environment variables are pointing to new location. error is TNSLSNR for HPUX: Version 12.1.0.2.0 - Production System parameter file is /oracle/BRX/12102/network/admin/listener.ora Log messages written to /oracle/diag/tnslsnr/erpbangsbx/listener/alert/log.xml Error listening on: (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=IPC)(KEY=BRX.WORLD)) TNS-12555: TNS:permission denied TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error   TNS-00525: Insufficient privilege for operation   HPUX Error: 1: Not owner Listener failed to start. See the error message(s) above... How to resolve it ? Please help me. regards, Asaduzzaman

    2211262 - Oracle Listener cannot be started

      I followed the note. settings are below.But no luck. Is it ok ? # pwd /var/tmp drwxrwxrwt  2 orabrx    dba            96 Jun 30 11:36 .oracle # pwd /tmp drwxrwxrwt  3 orabrx    dba          8192 Jun 30 11:36 .oracle Please suggest.
