Can't Add new Attachment on Sales Order attachement tab

Dear Experts,

We run SAP Business One 9.1 PL10 and SQL 2012.

When our customer want to add a new attachment on sales Order  tab "Attachments" he receives the following error message:

"another user or another operation modified data to continue open the window again order (ORDR) (ODBC-2039)"

Please advise if you have faced any scenario like that.

Try to close the session and reopen it again and proceed with attachment.  Basically such errors appear sometimes when more than one user is trying to access the data from same table in this case ORDR.

This is a good workaround but this message appears all the time to my customer and it is not right to close and re-open the sales order document for adding an attachment.

As i said before this message it appears many times the day

Is the any way  to overcome it?

In that case you will delete all the contents of the temp folder from the session computer in order to have the fresh linkage between your session and the SBO application.  This should sort out the issue. if this will not work then try to install the SBO client again on this computer.
