Need to block Company folder in SAP BPC

Hi Team,

We are using SAP BPC 10 NW SP25

Its possible to block the Company & Local folder" from the User access \

And also we need to deleted the Company folder ( Reports ) from UJFS

Please Suggest

Hi,

But you can move all the DMPs to other folder(Like Admin),so that users can't access them.

Even if you make those DMPs as "admin package" users can't see them.

Reports also you can copy to other folder and delete in the local folder.

The topic author is talking about reports, not about DMP...

Why not to put all reports to the dedicated team folder? You will have empty Company folder.

Local is just the structure on the local PC... Any report can be saved on the local pc even not to the Local folder!
