Authorisations - Saving Crystal Report in SAP B1

Hi to everyone,

We are currently using SAP B1 version 9.1

We have set authorisations for all the users as far as certain Crystal Reports are concerned. Whenever we add a new Crystal Report into the system, all the authorisations in the "General authorisations' window change and have to be altered from the beginning. To do so, i have to run each time the following query in order to find which reports have the same object key (SELECT * FROM CDPM). Moreover, I cannot understand why when i delete a Crystal Report from SAP i can still find it in the "General authorisations" window.

Is there any solution to this problem? At least is there any way to "Save as" a crystal Report on an existing one and not save it with a new name.
