Field overflow during price calculation Message no. C+ 056 in KO88 T code

Hi All,

I am getting below issue for April month settlement in KO88 T code.

So the Order was not settled.

Note: We noticed that the stock of 24.A043 at 30.04.2016 was of 0.002 TH.

We were not able to solve the issue during the closure so we want to understand how to proceed for May closure to settle the process order.

Hi Natesh,

the price is calculated as:

stock value/quantity*price unit

Overflow occurs because the calculated price is too high and exceeded the technical limitation, so there are basically 3 ways to resolve the overflow:

1, decrease the stock value by MR22

2, increase the GR quantity

3, increase the price unit of the material.

Hi Natesh,

if the GR is too small (0.002) on this order, you can try to post more GR quantity to avoid this pricing error. Also, see why the stock value is more here. if the first option do not work, you can try to reduce the stock value through MR22.
