I am sorry, it is the Admin guide.

I copied each list, there are 5 of them. Pasted them in Excel and then built a comparison between C4Ssales and C4Service to see what is different.

I think they have done a good job of the overlap and providing the unique functions needed for the different roles.  We are using C4Sales now but are looking at the other functions.

Would send you my excel, but do not see how to attach in this format.

Hello Suman,

correct me if I am wrong here, if I follow the links there is nothing that explain PRECISELY the new SAP Hybris family of applications combining Hybris and C4C. 

- Marketing

- Commerce

- Billing

- Sales

- Service

any idea ? pointers ?

The best thing I have found is the User Guide. In the front of the Users Guide there is a matrix. The challenge is there are a lot of overlap where many features live in multiple modules.

Be careful, there are some that list All EXCEPT...... that can be confusing.

We combined all of them into one matrix and then cross checked to see what we would get or not get based on the module.

I am looking at the English C4C user guide and found no Matrix

I also checked the German version just in case

I even  searched on "Hybris" - no results

any other idea ?
