Configuring SAP for plant maintenance

When configuring SAP for plant maintenance, is it possible to not have planning and execution done at the plant level, and instead do it at the company code level?

Also, can one plant manage the execution and planning for more than one plant (Ex: one plant do so for itself and two other plants)? In advance, thank you for your help.

Hi John.

1) Maintenance & repair will happen at plant level only. You may have your organizations set up like  company code ABC = maintenance plant ABC having planning plant same ABC.

2)  Yes. You can assign one planning plant to multiple maintenance plant. But one maintenance plant can have only one planning plant assigned to it.
