In SAP Hana Studio add Infoprovider problem

Hi everbody,

I created Advanced DSO in SAP Hana Studio and i want to create Composite Provider using by Advanced DSO.

But, when i click add Infoprovider button, i can see only classical DSO. I can't see any Advanced DSO.

Could you help me please?

Hi Ali,

Make sure your aDSO is activated without any error.

You have an option to add an ADSO, see the attached screenshot.

Please, read the documentation about supported InfoProviders.

For CompositeProviders that only contain union assignments, the following providers are supported:

SAP HANA models (calculation views and analytic views)
The following BW InfoProviders: InfoCube, DataStore object (creates SID values in reporting or when activated), ...

When you start "New DSO (advanced)" dialog you have an option to choose a predefined settings set based upon use-case of DSO. To do so check "Create from template -> Model -> Browse" and choose "Standard DSO", for example (see screenshot 1).
