Plan Distribution Run with Fixed Rate as sender rule

Hi

I have created a plan distribution cycle with the sender rule to take as 3-Fixed Rate. After entering that, I have also entered the value in the the sender values & also the SKF value in KP46.

However when I ran the distribution cycle, it does not show any number of receivers, but the receivers are mentioend in the distribution cycle created

Appreciate if you'll could let me know if I select Fixed rate as the sender rule, whether there any other settings that needs to be done and also whether I have followed the correct process

Hi,

If you select receiver rule as fixed one, need not maintain any planning data in KP46.

It is required where the option is Variable proportions & Plan SKF's.

As you have selected Fixed Proportions maintain Fixed amounts / percentages in the segment itself. (Under the tab Receiver Weighting factors.

Then run the cycle. you will get the results.

Thanks for the reply. Below are the settings I have done. As far as I know, if you select Fixed rate, the value you enter under sender values will get multiplied with the SKF you enter in KP46 and will you to distribute. This is the process I have followed. But I'm not getting any results

Try with the posted amounts instead " Fixed Rates"

Its working fine with the posted amounts. However the requirement is that the business wants to distribute a certain value which they going to decide & this particular value needs to be multiplied by the SFKs which they are going to enter and distribute  to the receives during the distribution run

Due to this I think this can be catered via fixed rates for sender. Please let me know on this

If you decide to sender rule as fixed rate then this rate to be defined in sender value tab. This rate will be multiply with Receiver Tracing Factor to distribute.

So here Rate is the basis to multiply with SKF in your case ...not any amount

Yes you are correct. I have entered the rate in the sender value tab and as well as the SKF in KP46. But when I execute KSVB, it does not show any value under receiver

Check your dis cycle :

1. SKF defined in Receiver tracing factor

2. KP46 you have to plan for receiver CCtr Group/CCtrs
