OutLook Integration

Hi,

I have installed Addon Outlook Integration on one of our laptop OS XP professional

Outlook Addon is getting installed, when i start addon through addon manager it show connected but when i click on Ok button of addon manager it popup's a message window with option Restart Addon , work without addon , logoff from company

I have Installed XL Reporter Addon it wi working fine

I have tried unstalling full B1 and installed it fresh again but it gives same error

Can any one help on this

Hi Sudish

What version are you using? 2004, 2005? Well, make sure the DI API is installed and is the same level as your patch level. This must be done.

and i have installed DI API (from SERVER TOOLS am i right )

How to check patch level ?

Hi,

Are you sure taht in the server tools is the DI API or the DI Server?

I think that DI API is in the DI API Folder.

Hi Sudish,

You can check in the actual folder where the DI API is installed to (default=C:\Program Files\SAP Manage\SAP Business One DI API). Right click on the file SAPbobsCOM2005.dll and check the version. The version must be the same as on the server.
