EWA - Availability based on Collector Protocole

Hi All,

In our EWA report, section 9.1 Availibility based on Collector Protocole- system availability for system is always less than 100% only for 1day of week.

please find attached screen shot for the same.

job COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCEMONITOR regularly runs at 1hr interval and also system is available for 24hrs.but availability is less than 100% and that too only for 1st day of week.

Kindly suggest the solution.

Hello Chandresh,

which basis release has the affected system? There were some changes in the architecture of the workload collector and for the availability in EWA report based on the logs of the workload collector the correction from the note "1804018 - EarlyWatch Alert: Availability missing on 7.20 and higher" was required. Is this SAP note relevant for your release?

That note is helpful in our scenario.

As of now we dont have plan for ST-PI upgrade, so once it is upgraded, let's hope issue gets resolved.
