FF id log report - WF Completed without finding agent

Hi All,

We have setup the standard workflow for FF id log report approval. The workflow is working fine in prod and all workflows are getting triggered. We encountered an issue for one user and for just one session which he had logged as FF. We only have one approver for all FF ids.

He logged 3 times in the day. 3 reports were generated and hence 3 workflows were triggered. The 2 workflows appeared on controller inbox and was able to approve it. The third workflow quit at "read workflow path request" without any error and completed the workflow. We are not seeing this issue again for any other user or this user. We are approving 20 reports per day.

Dear Preetham,

you didn't follow our rules:

How did you configure parameter 4020? Is it possible that no activity was performed? Additionally you can generate/restart the workflow with the following program: GRAC_EAM_LOG_SYNC_TIMEBASED

Hi Alessandro,

Sorry for not providing more info as per guidelines.

The user performed activity in that session. We are able to see activity log which shows all transactions he accessed. SLG1 looked good. No dumps in ST22. It is just this one instance which is in running status.

While Looking at SAP notes I came across note 1934127 (Contains program you suggested) which we are going to try today.
