Leave cycle from 22nd to 21st

Hi Experts,

My client requirement is that time evaluation should happen from 22nd of previous month to 21st of current month instead of 1st to 30th/31st/28th/29th.

so is there a possibility in the system to accommodate this.

    If you can do.

    In the time evaluation you can run from 21st of the previous month to 20th of the current month. So if there have any changes on the data then in the payroll system will go retro and do the adjustment accordingly.

    That means if suppose 01st of April 2015 was the Go Live so you have run the time evaluation from 01st April to 20th April. So we have taken the actual presence upto 20th of the month rest 10 day's we will evaluate as negative that means system will not consider employee presence or absence and will pay as a full.

    Now after the April payroll run you have come to May payroll and again you will run time evaluation from 21st April to 20th May and rest 11 day's will be paid as it is. So if there have any changes on the payment term because of the leave or any attendance related for the 21st April to 30th April that will be adjusted on the current month payroll.
