** under Exception Group column in MD06

Hello all,

Any idea on why we get " ** " under Exception group in MD06, when executed. I get this mostly  under Exception group 4. Thanks

Hi Jay

This field counts the number of exception messages on this group and it has 2 positions only. I suppose that when there are more than 99 messages of the same group, the value cannot be completely displayed in the field and, in order to avoid misunderstandings, the value is replaced by **.

You hit the bulls eye !!

yes, the 01 exception messages were far more than 99. Hence SAP replaced it by **. Thanks
