Can somebody guide me regarding copy of data from ERP and IBP and vice versa.

Hi Parul,
What is the Issue you are facing during copy ?
Hope you have completed below key points:
1. Installed Analysis Office
2. Created Planning Category
3. Maintained user parameters "CAC" with controlling area
4. Updated Planned Values in IBP using analysis office
Once you have implemented Integrated Business Planning and above points completed, follow below steps to copy plan values:
Step1: Open Analysis Office
Step2: Go to File, Select Analysis - Select Open Work Book - Select System - Login - enter *SFIN* and enter - select following any of following work book names in prompt
/ERP/SFIN_A09_WB01 Cost Center Planning Integration SFIN – Classical
l /ERP/SFIN_A19_WB01 Internal Orders Planning Integration SFIN - Classical
l /ERP/SFIN_A29_WB01 Project Planning Integration SFIN - Classical
Step3 - Enter input variables, It will show ERP Values and IBP Values
Step 4 - You can choose option of copy plan values to ERP and click to copy

Hi Parul,
Can you please let us know what is the issue you are facing ?
Are you getting any error message ?
Also please do let us know which step you are facing the issue ?
as per above trail, Did you reach to step 3 ? Can you see the values from IBP and ERP ?
If you face issue with clicking the option without any error message, there might be some script error which you need to reach SAP or your technical team.

Hi Parul,
I am not sure about smart copy.
When you open work book, you should get an icon with an option "Copy IBP to ERP" , "Copy ERP to IBP" ans "SAVE". Attached Screenshot.
You should click on "Copy IBP to ERP" first, system shows copied values and then click on "SAVE".
I dont see any such options available in your workbooks.
If you are not able to see these options check with BW consultant or re install the workbooks.

Parul,
Yes IBP set up need to be done as per note 1972819 - Setup Integrated Business Planning. Your BW consultant might have done all the setup. Otherwise, you will not be able to reach upto this.
From functional customization, you need to create "Maintain Category for Planning". You can access this node by following Controlling - General Controlling-Planning - Maintain Category for Planning.

Parul,
Belwo are the options:
1. Check if you have issue with only this work book and see if you are able to see the copy option in other workbooks
l /ERP/SFIN_A19_WB01 Internal Orders Planning Integration SFIN - Classical
l /ERP/SFIN_A29_WB01 Project Planning Integration SFIN - Classical
2. Verify the Version of your Analysis Office Add On. In case it is a
very new version (2.0 ...), please uninstall it and install a elder
version (1.4 ...)
and the last option to reach SAP. As this product has teething issues, you will get an immediate fix.

Hello Santosh,
1. Same issue exist with both of the workbooks:
/ERP/SFIN_A19_WB01 Internal Orders Planning Integration SFIN - Classical
/ERP/SFIN_A29_WB01 Project Planning Integration SFIN - Classical
2. I have degraded the Analysis version from 2.0 to 1.4 still the same issue exists.
Any more suggestions from your end
Thanks in Advance

Parul
