Hi Guys,
I have a challenge where I use a pooled capacity in 2 operations where the primary resource is different between the operations. However the second operation should already start the setup activity when the first operation is doing productions. The pooled capacity is preventing this however as the setup activity is also consuming capacity from the pooled capacity.
Anyone had this situation before and resolved it? Thanks for any input.
Hello Arjen,
Does your pool capacity is relevant for finite scheduling? If you use infinite scheduling in this case it can work for you.
Could you share screen shot of your DS board and routing setup?

Hi R. Brahmankar
setting the capacity to infinite misses the whole point: it needs to be restricted.
I cannot share screenshots but the setup is tested using standard SAP, so CR11 capacity category 2 for labour, added to the workcenter then time entered in the routing as well.
Thanks for helping out.
