Hi,
I know this is a topic that has been dealt with on the forum, but this specific issue hasn't. A customer is looking to have their service purchase orders archived. They want to use standard SAP functionality as much as possible.
I know the pre-requisite for archiving service POs is to have the "service entry sheet final indicator" set, another option is to check the "Delivery completed"-indicator on the PO. In addition to those, the posting periods related to the PO to be archived must be closed.
Is there a standard SAP procedure to add the aforementioned indicator after the relevant posting period has been closed?

Hi,
Use the MASS transaction with the Business Object - BUS2012 to set the Delivery completed and Final indicator for the Service PO's that needs to be archived after the posting period has been closed.

Thanks a lot. How about the archiving itself? Is it possible to do that automatically at pre.defined intervals through a Bapi or a function module perhaps?
