Dunning data is not deleted

Hello,

For a vendor 123 dunning data is deleted from system X and it is expected that this dunning data should get deleted from system Y also. But the data doesn't gets deleted from system Y.

The vendor 123 is marked for deletion in both X and Y systems.

During monitoring of Y system we have found an IDOC in status 51 with the following error : “Delete all dunning area data first”



- Please let me know what all things could have gone wrong?

- What all things should I check for?

I wonder what you mean by "dunning data is deleted ".

Do you just mean you make the fields empty?

I am not aware that there is any standard option to erase a vendor master view from a system.

About what IDOC are you talking?

Anyhow, this error certainly means that the vendor in your satellite system  got maintained with dunning area data. Logon to that system, use XK02 or FK02 and go to the correspondence view. You will see a button there for dunning area. Here you need to remove all lines but the default first line.
