Update APO Infocube through Webservice

In one of our requirement we want to update APO infocube with data from S&OP system.

it is mentioned in Standard S&OP/HCI documents you can do this update through webservice activation in APO.

Please let me know which and how this webservice can be activated in APO. and what are configuration or other changes we are required to do in APO.

I think this can be achieved by RDA setup via Web Service.
