I am trying to add a table to an existing report, but everytime I click the Links tab within the Database Expert Crystal crashes with the message "Crystal Reports has stopped working..." .... I've done an uninstall/re-install, modified install to only include ODBC data connections, re-installed in a new directory, and upgraded to SP4 all with the same results.
This is a Windows 7, 64-bit machine. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
Hi,
See this KBA 1839151 - Crystal Reports has stopped working when adding two or more tables in Crystal Report. and also check some KBAs
KBA - 1505620 - How to create a 32 bit ODBC data source on a 64 bit Operating System
The above KBA for CR 2011 AND i am not sure please upgraded to SP5 to solve this issue..
I hope this information is useful to you..
