configured CPM. now in NWBC, not able to enter Master Project Type nor search help shows

I have configured CPM. now in NWBC, I am trying to create a new Master Project but I am not able to enter in the Master Project Type anything - it is also not showing any drop-down. the basis / ABAP guys keep saying it is functional issue. Any idea on this?

Please maintain profile for the master project in SPRO and check the result.
