We use this info type to either reduce or increase the Quota balances through the time evaluation we will generate the quota let assume the per month we are generating 2 days if we wanted to add 2 more days apart from time evaluation the we will create a record in info type then it increases the balance in 2006 once we execute time evaluation etc.
