Add Query does not open any dialog box

Hello All,

We are using Business Objects Dashboard with version attached in snapshot. While creating a new blank dashboard clicking on "Add Query" Option does not open any window. Is this bug or licensing issue? Do I need to install any patch to fix this issue? We also have designer tool and issue with that is after opening it throws error that license key not found. Please help me fixing this issue.
