HI

As per the new statutory rule of PF ,EDLI should also get calculated @ 0.005% on PF basis.I had applied necessary changes and Pension fund is calculating correctly as per standards.Client has written a PCR for EDLI attaching for your reference.They have also maintained a Constant in Table T_511k (ZPENC) and written a pcr.

Now while simulating payroll wherever Basic is < 15000 it is calculating EDLI correctly but when ever the basic is less than Rs.15000 it is still calculating on Rs.15000.Need your help in redesigning this PCR.

Hi

If you change your PFBAS= 15000 in T511K table then system automatically calculate your Edli charges with @ 0.01. By copying INED pcr you can modify the amt details @0.005 by one modification i.e. AMT/2 ( 0.01/2=0.005)

Now you want to calculate EDLI on 0.005% on PF basis. If PF Basis is 15000 then EDLI amount is (15000*5)*100/1000= 7500.00 and if less than 15K PF basis then cross check your configuration it should be work since it's calculating base on /3FA value.

But still you want to do it by PCR then do like below maintain ZEDLI= 0.005 in constant table

Copy INED to ZNED and modify accordingly

     TABLE IEPF

      VARGBTSTID

          RPPF  (Your trust id)

                 /3FA

                       AMT=   /3F8

                       ZERO= A

                       AMT=   /3FA

                       RTE=KZEDLI

                       MULTI ARA

                       AMT/100

                      ADDWT /3F8

Check with this PCR.
