SAP B1 9.0 upgrade fail on Windows 8.

Hi,

I am unable to upgrade SAP B1 9.0 PL 06 on my laptop, error message is attached with this thread. 

Please suggest any solution.

HI,

Actually I have a HP laptop with AMD processor and OS is windows 8. I have tried 8.81 PL 06 installation it was installed but while upgrading it to 9.0 or 9.1 got error.

And 8.81 was also installed with lots of try, but unable to open databases with that.

Now I want to install SAP B1 9.0 PL 06 or SAP 9.1 PL 01 please suggest.

Hi,

1. There is no problem with base version. You can upgrade 8.81 PL06 to 9.0 PL06

2. Follow system and hardware requirement guide as well as Admin guide for installing 9.0 version which can be downloaded from SAP business one customer portal

3. If possible post dump file information here to check.
