SAP Business One 10 Upgrade stuck

Hi !

Hope I'm a the good place.

We are planning to upgrade our SAP Business One 9.2 PL11 to the lastest version, 10.0 FP 2311
From what we have read, it's recommended to upgrade to version 10.0 FP 2208 before.

We have one database who are stuck in the step "Upgrading Administration" since 24 hours.
The process "lsass.exe" use all CPU.

If I kill the process, Windows doesn't like it and reboot.

Someone already got this trouble ?

Hi

I had trouble converting older versions of this type, so I chose to convert from 9.2 to 10 FP2111 instead of FP2208. From FP2111 we were able to skip to FP2311 Hotfix 1. Avoid FP2311 without the hotfix, it's broken. The FP2402 version was released this month, but I haven't tested it yet.

Thank for your anwser I have downloaded FP2111 and got the same probleme. Upgrade stuck in step "Upgrading Administration..." and "lsass.exe" use all CPU since 2 days.

The upgrade has finally finish... 7 days laters. From my reading, "lsass.exe" are related to the Active Directory, our test server didn't have access to the active directory, this probably cause the trouble.
