why i cant create follow on documents automatically

hi experts

can anyone let me know why i can not created any follow on documents automatically?

a Shopping cart has been approved but not transferred to the backend system.

i defined number range and doc type and transaction type

the SC status in SC is approved

but no follow on created in backend

and when i approved the SC i have this error in RZ20: Shopping cart 0010000505: Error creating the follow-on document

and in bbp_PD the workflw status is completed

BUT:

when i execute FM :BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER or run  program :BBP_SC_AUTO_RETRANSFER manually the PR or PO or RS created as follow on

whats the problem

can anyone let me know whether we can solve this issue?

Hi Elham,

do you have scheduled the BBP_SC_AUTO_RETRANSFER?
Please check note 1499352 . That note contains all of the necessary requeirements and consequences about the BBP_SC_AUTO_RETRANSFER.

yes i scheduled this job

i check note 1499352 but this note release for 700 and we are working on 701

so..

when i select Spool request type (icon) in sm36 i have this error msg

Dear Elham,

yes I know, that was the transfer re-design note (in SRM 7.0).  But the description part of this note contains relevant guidline for the scheduling and some information how to aviod usual problems.

Those are also relevant for SRM 7.01.

Dear Elham,

Just one more information:

Please also check BBP_BACKEND_DEST table. You should have only one LOCAL system here.
(SYS_TYPE -  LOCAL , LOC_SYS - X ).  Please check that ref. ECC system is customized here correctly.
