Incomplete information for absence quota (infotype 2006)

Hi Experts,

I am getting an error while running Payroll for an employee that "Incomplete information for absence quota (infotype 2006)" .

Please suggest what could be the possible solution for this. I have checked the IT2006 is properly created and saved.

Dear Megha ,

INFOTYPE 2006 (ABSENCE QUOTA) HAS BEEN CREATED WITH INCORRECT VALIDITY DATES. DELETE AND RE-CREATE.

Then Only payroll will run please check and confirm me.

Yes I deleted everything and created again, still giving error on running PY.

Any other suggestion??

do you have any Absences which are linked to Absence Quotas ?

If yes then u have to delete those records also right , if possible please share the screen shot

You are getting issue in Infotype 0416 Quota Compensation

There might be a chance u have paid .... Some Quotas to the employees in the past

Can u check 0416 once

Yes, I deleted It 0416 and created it again, it working fine now.
