Hello Guys,
I have installed 2 machines(BO1 & BO2) wtih BO 4.1SP3 in a cluster. After installation, I have found some of the servers are not able to run and they are in stopped status.
I have seen the error "The Server Intelligence Agent for this server is unavailable." while seeing properties of the services.
Manually verified the services path "C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\serverpids" and realized the services which are stopped status doesn't have PIDs in backend physically.
I have repaired the software but still no progres.. your valuable tips would be highly appreciable
Hi,
Can you check sapjvm folder size and compare with working environment if u have any
Recently we had same issue, SAP made us to delete SIA and then we created new SIA with default services.
It has been more than 15 days SAP not able to find out exact reason for failure of all services (except CMS/FRS). At the same time we have replaced sapjvm folder also. As per SAP available free RAM size can be one of the reason for failure.

It seems like there exists a firewall or anitvirus s/w installed and enabled in your host machine, Make sure you disable it and create sia node , even still u are not able to create sia then install again

Hi Kiran,
are the stopped servers from bo1 and/or bo2? the error you stated means the service and sia link is broken.
the basic step we do in this situation is recreate the SIA.
