How to attach Email signature with Outlook while integrating with SAP B18.82

Hi Experts

I had linked the outlook with sap, and the its working fine and also able to send and receive the mails,

but while sending the mail i need to attach the email signature and also the same with user wise

how is it possible to attach user wise

am using sap b1 8.82 version and outlook 2007

pls guide me

Can anyone tell if this is fixed in 9.1. The note says that it is feable for versions 8.8 till 9.0? Hope it is fixed now?

Symptom

If you tick "Send E-Mail via MS Outlook" when sending E-Mail in SAP Business One, the E-Mail will have no Outlook signature in the body.

On the other hand, if you send E-Mail via SBO mailer, you can go to Administration->System Initialization->E-Mail Settings to configure the E-Mail signature.

There are 2 E-Mail signature options:

1. Common: this signature can be selected in all the company databases. It is same in all databases.

2. Company: this signature can be selected in each individual company database. It can be different in different databases.

However, no matter which signature you select or configure, it will NOT be displayed in E-Mail when using "Send E-Mail via MS Outlook".

This is the current system behaviour.

The button "Change Email Signature" in the SBO Mailer service is not available in new version later than 8.8.

Correction of system behaviour is not feasible in the currently supported versions of SAP Business One. The error has been recorded and is a candidate to be fixed in a future version.

1762228 - No signature is displayed when using "Send E-Mail via MS Outlook"

Hi,

Yes correct. This is current system limitation. Not sure SAP will release any version to meet this purpose.
