Service call Solutions Knowledge Base

hello All

I added solutions for items to the Solutions Knowledge Base, however when I am in the Service Call menu and I enter the specific item. If I then go to the "Solutions" window, and enter "Recommend", the "Recommended solutions" window is blank. If I go to FIND though I can find my added solution.

this only happens for a few items.

I have checked and there is no code in the transaction notification. And the Item is Active on the master file.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated

Hello Janice

"Recommended solutions" is supposed to display only solutions used in similar service calls.

So, I if you have just created the solution, but you haven't used it yet in any Service call, then system cannot propose the solution as a recommended one.

Hi,

Recommend option will show and suggest previous solutions based on item number or subject.
