I added solutions for items to the Solutions Knowledge Base, however when I am in the Service Call menu and I enter the specific item. If I then go to the "Solutions" window, and enter "Recommend", the "Recommended solutions" window is blank. If I go to FIND though I can find my added solution.
this only happens for a few items.
I have checked and there is no code in the transaction notification. And the Item is Active on the master file.
