Navigate from work center is not possible after upgrade CRM to EHP3

Dear Friends,

Our system has been upgraded to EHP3 and we are facing weird problem, from Web UI it is not possible to navigate from work centers and it is throwing message "The system determines a security problem, application has to be closed. Contact your system administrator"

Please find below steps we are performing and request you to share your valuable suggestion:

1. Transaction WUI -> it opens log on screen

2. After logging in it displays work centers on left pannel

3. Click on any work center for example "Accounts and Products"

4. It throws error message "The system determines a security problem, application has to be closed. Contact your system administrator"

Steps which I followed to trace the error:

1. Checked the relevant services active - yes

2. Checked ST22 and SM21 for dump analysis - nothing is there

3. Checked SU53 - and authorization is OK

4. Checked SAP Market place but there is only one note which is not relevant/
