Can anybody provide the details of additional features and benefits of implementing Enterprise Compensation management with respect to the Compensation management.

The core components in Compensation Management are: Job Pricing, Budgeting, Compensation Administration, and Personnel Cost Planning.
Job Pricing: What are the jobs in my enterprise worth, in relative and real terms?
Budgeting: How much money, and how many shares do I, as a department head, have available for my employees?
Compensation Administration: Who is entitled to what?
Personnel Cost Planning: If I downsize/take on staff/increase salaries, how much money will I need for next year?
The core components in ECM are :-Budgeting, Compensation Administration,Eligibility ,Guide lines,Plan Attribues,Compensation Program & Long term Incentive Plans.
In Budgeting you can define reference currency , Budget Types, Budget Periods.
In Compensation Admn you can define Compensation Areas, Plans, Reviews.
In Eligibility eligibility rules for appraisals etc
