Error in printing reimbursement formin ESS portal 7.3

Hello Experts,

We are using portal 7.3 version and SP7.users got the error when click on Reimbursement module-claims/advances,if they want to print reimbursement form  then the user click on Mobile bill reimbursement after user got the below error screen shot as shown below screen shot.

Please help me on this issue.

Hello Shankar,

Thanks for your reply,

It is working fine in  development and quality systems,but in production the user are unable to print
using the "Print Request" button for my reimbursement form.

Please help on this issue.

try to logon and check in prd system in desktop where DEV and QAS system is working fine.

And also check the authorizations once in PRD system for that user.

Trace the authorizations in ST01 and SU53 t-codes, take help from Basis consultant.

Hello Shankar,

we have tested in production,many users having same issue,they have all authorizations.

as per my knowledge the issue coming from HRESS_CLMS_EE_IN in production

please help me on this issue.

did you check the authorizations as I mentioned above with your basis team.

I think your using EHP7 Version ?

And also I suggest try to implement the latest version of OSS notes which I have provided above with your basis team. Since we also faced same issue and after implementing these notes problem solved.

Hello Shankar,

Mobile bill Reimbursement and Leave travel allowence-- advance types are not working in development.but leave travel allowence--claime is working fine in development.

leave travel allowence-advace type is working in  quality.

please let me know how to know the EHP version for the portal,and what authorizations need to be find out.

Please help me on this issue.

it's looks like missing configurations of print forms, check the configurations in feature 40GAD

for all types of claims printing the forms is configured or not for solution type 00001

Specify the Feature 40GAD

Click on Display

Here you can see the all your print forms are configured or not.

can you check the table T77WWW_CLPDFLFMT in t-code SE16 for molga 40

And place the screen shot of this table out put entries.

yes, see here it's mapped standard form SAP_AC_CLAIMS_PDF, instead your Z designed forms. It should be your custom designed Z form name for each type of claim in column PDFFN

first check with your functional & technical , what are the claim forms are developed and get those names for each cliam type.

Once you get the names of all pdf form names maintain those form names in table V_T77WWW_CLPDFMT for each corresponding claim type.

Hello Shankar,

i discussed with our functional consultant,he told me " we did not change any standard forms,still we are using standard form only.

actually we have two company users like A,B,if it is working for A,but B users got the issue.

please help me .

what is the claim type form your able to see in user A logon, Can you place the screen shot of this user A from portal.

And from B also place the screen shot for the same claim type.

If it's showing for one user and user is not able to view then it might be authorization issue also. Try to trace the authorizations for use B in t-codes ST01 and SU53.
