MRP to Prchs req,sch lines for RM stores identification (For Numbers of procees order)

Dear all,

Kindly fine below image.

After running MRP

• It will show the shortage materials
• It will show,for that shortage materials automatic Purchase requistion
• It will show if already purchase order raised shortage materials it reflect as schlines.

My customer requirement is for number of planned order or process order how RM stores will identify shoratge materials,if already purchase order raised for shoratge materials,closing stock of materials in stores.

Eg

I.e for 5 process or planned order

After running MRP

• Total number of purchase req?
• Total number of Sched line?
• Total number of closing stock?

These things have to be viewed by store person for number of process order or planned orders.

Kindly pls let me know how to do it.

By using MD4C

it it possible to bring scheduled PO item,closing stock,Purchase requestion,Material shortage as row wise like as shown in the above screen shots?

Hi Raja,

CO24 will display the Missing parts list

ME5A will display the Purchase Requsition details

ME2L will display the Purchase Order details

ME31L is for creating the schedule lines. Against schedule lin GR is posted. No PO.

ME33L to display the schedule lines and ME3M with scope of list as EINT

MB5B will display the closing stock

Dear sir,

• Thanks for reply,but customer is asking for number of process order or planned order.
• Above mentioned T code are its showing generally not based upon process orders.
• By using various process order (or) planned number stores person should get to identified all these details in one screen.

Hi Raja,

All the details at one place will be displayed in MD4C only. Double click on each material code its will display the individual details of each material.
