Hello gurus,
I am trying to configure Survey Suite.
1. Created a survey and generated a link to it and the survey URL was working.
2. Created a Mail Form and added the survey URL to it.
When a reporter confirms a message, in scheduled action I can see "Send Survey" but it is displayed with red light, which says "No survey hyperlink in the Mail Form" though I inserted the survey URL to the Mail Form.
Please help me on resolving my issue.

Hi!
I found the solution on this thread:
At the end mentions that on your mail form you have to add the hyperlink with this exact description: "Customer Satisfaction Survey".
Quoting him "This link description is a standard mail form attribute and cannot be replaced by free text"
