Thanks for your answer but what do you mean by this?

You should probably invest a bit more effort into your question and explain the background to this requirement. Why is it needed to restrict this for third party orders while it is not restricted for any other purchase order? You pretty much restrict the answer to your question to "do it with a BAdI"

"The system goes to the Sales Order: Purchase Order Scheduling screen, because it cannot meet the requested delivery date.

The item is scheduled automatically in the sales order, taking into account the planned delivery and processing times for the purchase."

Hi guys,

from my point of view it's an SD topic, because the screen is shown in va01.

If you create a sales order for which the determined delivery date differs from the requested delivery date, the Purchase Order Scheduling dialog box appears (program SAPLATP4). In this window the determined delivery date is displayed as the proposed delivery date. The check is fine but the screen shouldn't be shown, because if there are a lot of items you have the check each of it.

I hope now it's better to understand.

Thanks

agree, now as you added more specific information it is a SD topic.

Still you should add a screenshot, as I am not yet knowing about which screen you are talking

This program as quite a few screens and from the name is none called Scheduling screen:
