has someone an idea how I can disable the purchase order scheduling screen for third party sales orders?

from my point of view it's an SD topic, because the screen is shown in va01.
If you create a sales order for which the determined delivery date differs from the requested delivery date, the Purchase Order Scheduling
dialog box appears (program SAPLATP4). In this window the determined delivery date is displayed as the proposed delivery date. The check is fine but the screen shouldn't be shown, because if there are a lot of items you have the check each of it.
I hope now it's better to understand.

Still you should add a screenshot, as I am not yet knowing about which screen you are talking
This program as quite a few screens and from the name is none called Scheduling screen:
