Records not moving from LBWQ to RSA7

Hi,

We have enhanced LO datasource with 3 new fields and transported into ECC-production system.

We have replicated datasource into BI and created mapping. But after transported into Production, the records are not getting posted from LBWQ to RSA7. We are using Qued delta method & we have shcdulled the job at LBWE. The job scheduled getting failed at LBWE. We have huge number of records in LBWQ and it is keep increasing by hour to hour. Please suggest how to move all these records from LBWQ to RSA7

Hi,

Before the transport, have you cleared LBWQ and RSA7? if not then that may be troubling you.

Your extract structure was changed. Due that some inconsistency will occurs.

in that case you need to run reinit again. Before running reinit you need to delete the existing init.

Here you may loss delta records here. need to find those and load into bw by using repair full request with proper selections.

init options you can delete from info pack -->scheduler--> init options for source system.

Can you share the error details.

Can you share the error message you are getting in LBWE.

As @SVU mentioned, you need to take care of some basic steps before transporting. I feel because of this some inconsistency happened to extract structure.

Why LBWE job is getting failed? Have you observed the error message? Delete this schedule and create a new job. Hope your job runs..

Hi Setty,

As you are enhancing the data sources have you taken care of FEW things that are must for the transport of Datasource.

• Lock the users if its LO datasources.
• Clearing of Delta Queue (LBWQ ) and RSA7 before the transport.
• Then Transport with Empty Queue
• Replicate in BW-PSA/DS side.
• Unlock the users.
• Start loading.

There are lot more detailed docs avaliable,you can follow those.

In case you have not taken care of the above then you have lost the Deltas,you will have to Reinit the Delta for that Particular Datasource.Delete the Data,Transport it as above and then trigger the Deltas.

Reply the exact scenario so that we can give better options.

Hi

Job would fail because the extract structure has changed and there are LUW entries in LBWQ which have structure same as the old extract structure. Only way to resolve this is by deleting LBWQ entries (if its a production instance than you would loose all the entries and would have to reinitialize).

Can you please tell us what application datasource you enhanced?
