Hi Experts
I am currently working on a project where the requirement is to use SAP PM for maintenance of buildings with integration with SAP Real Estate.I am going to create the buildings as functional locations and notifications can be generated automatically from the Real Estate module the maintenance orders can be created from the notifications.I need assistance on how I can configure the system to enable settlement of maintenance orders to Real Estate objects.

Thanks Maheswaran and vemuri for the advice.Just a few more questions,on creation of buildings as functional locations in SAP PM do you have any recommendations?Should they be generated automatically from Real Estate or they should be created from the SAP PM module?Is it necessary to use the functional location category for Real Estate when creating the functional locations?Should maintenance orders be generated at functional location or equipment level?There are pieces of equipment such as elevators and water pumps that will need to be maintained in the the bulidings.
In Settlement Profile configuration, you have the option as Real Estate Object. So, its possible to do settlement with real estate object.
