There is one idoc in the production system which got failed with the error message,

"8333635 are hazardous. Please check the Resellers license."

Have checked the material master and did not found anything related to rel-seller's license. Have checked with the SAP HR team and they also did not have any clue. What is more surprising is that when I am trying to trigger the same idoc in testing system it got successful.

The idoc is actually triggered when we create a new purchase order.

Any help or clue will be appreciated.

I would not know what HR (human ressources) has to do with hazardous materials, you may want to ask your EHS team.

Please always post the error message number, this makes a message unique among > 50000 messages in SAP.

Ohhh..sorry that I mentioned HR, it was actually EHS only whom I have consulted(actually both EHS and HR are handled by the same team ).

The message number is Z(customized). Have already consulted the ABAPers also, but they also got nothing till now.

if you can read a little ABAP, then go SE91 enter the message number and click the where-used icon.

SAP will usually get you to the report, and you can see what is checked when the message is triggered

Issue resolved. Tried to reprocess the failed idoc(idoc with error "check reselles's license") in the foreground and then starting the debugger when encountered that error. The error was message was caught in a customized piece of code.

Also it was transaction VM03(Table MARA and MGEF) where the material is maintained as hazardous.
