Rolling Forecast?

Dear Experts,

While creating a rolling forecast report/inputform why we should select only MEMBER ONLY for category and time why not any other like(base level or member and descendants....etc)?

Hi Siva,

In rolling forecast layout we need to ensure the month values that we are using are rolling in nature. It means we are selecting/choosing a single month and then we calculating/getting the next 12/24 months as rolling months. To get this always we need to start selecting the first month(a single month) using the member only. Once we get this starting month, using the offset functionality we can get the other 12/24 months. Same is the case with Category.
