Unable to update bank details

Dear Expert,

I am encounter error -  change in payroll pass not possible'

Current payroll run : 31.12.2013

I would like to insert 1 bank details (0009) with duration 01.11.2013 - 30.11.2013 for record purpose.

System prompt me error as above where its said I am not allow to change the bank details.

May I know how I could insert the additional bank details for the record purpose.

Hi Mel,

Please check the payroll status of the employee in transaction code PU03 and check for the earliest RA date and the other dependent fields which affects the master data.

Hi Mel,

To change data IT0009 after payroll process, I think you have to change time constraint class of infotype first. So please change time constraint class of IT0009 from table V_T582A and change data.

After changing data please change time constraint class once again as before.

Hi Mel,

IT 0009 is directly related to payroll and bank payment transfer - as per standard SAP functionality , one can not changed It 0009 data in back date as payment has already been transfered to that particular bank account.

And I believe IT 0009 can not be changed in past date - but you can wait for experts to revert you back on this,

Hi Melissa,

this check is standard SAP and makes sense from my pov.

If you have already run payroll for a certain period and paid out a salary on a certain account, it is not possible to change the bank account details since you have already paid out the salary on that specific bank account.

Hi

For that please change yr payroll control record details.

goto pa03 and give yr payroll area. Delete it which is in dec. 2013. create the payroll period with Nov. 2013. keep the payroll area in correction mode and change the it details as per requirement.save the details. Then bring the payroll period to dec. 2013.
