Production orders settlement by weekly or twice a month

Hi Experts,

how to settle production orders, Service orders, Sales orders automatically for every two weeks or weekly. Please help me to understand the procedure to do that.

in present system we configure automatic settlements by using there programs and variants, but i could not find any variable available for for the date to settle.

Please throw some light on this, i will really appreciate your efforts.

Hi ,

You can schedule the order settlement job as per your wish ( daily / weekly/monthly), the settlement program will select the order which has balance at that point of time and post the settlement for that period.

If you would like to have more control, then you can run the transaction COHV (program name : PPIO_ENTRY) and pulls the orders by start date and finish date , copy to excel or note pad, then process through program RKO7CO88  , where you have the ability to settle the specific orders.

I know that it is impossible to settle order weekly or twice a month.

If you settle order at least once in current month, you should reverse order settlement to settle order again.
