Setting alerts in ECC for SAP Tables

Hi,

We have a requirement where we need to get email alerts or a trigger when a standard SAP table is maintained. eg ANKA table for Asset class. OAOA is the corresponding T-code in SAP where Asset classes are maintained.

If anyone has done something similar, please let me know

Hi Tintu

In this case OAOA transaction is based in SM30 functionalities. Then you can include our requirements

in table events.

Go to SE56 and display generated object, then follow steps below:

     1. Environment -> Modificatoin -> Events

     2. Double click on AA event (SAVE)

     3. Create an implicit enhancment in form   V_ANKA_00_SAVE

Get the help of ABAPer with Workflow knowledge.

You will have search for some implcit enhancements when you press save and send the email.
