SAPLumira error : Time Out for engine to start (HDB 10005)

Hello,

I successfuly installed SAPlumira on my computer and I try to open up my sample excel data. But it throws an error as shown in figure:

My system config is as follows.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hello Henry, Hello Durgamadhab,

    Could you also please throw some light on this "S-USER" since, when I try to access SAP support portal on  SAP SERVICE MARKETPLACE, it asks me for a user and password. I need this since I have to download SAP HANA studio and SAP client.

    This appears to be a issue with installation. Please check note 1783894..

    Try the below steps for resolution

    1. Selecting a different dataset, or restarting the application (or operating system) usually resolves the error by freeing RAM (memory) allocation.
    2. In certain situations, removing a conflicting SybaseIQ client middleware installation can unblock the application.
    3. Deleting the folder "DataBase" (where the file Hilo.db is stored), followed by a restart of the application, will recreate the folder and should fix the issue. Path to file is C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\SAP\SAP Visual Intelligence\DataBase
    4. In some cases, an uninstall/reinstall of the software may be required. Please download the latest version from the marketplace or use the update function in the client. (File > preferences > auto-update)

    Why does this product have this issue? You would think that something like this would be tested before being released.  Getting the same issue with 1.0 SP21 (PA).  Very frustrating that a "solution" is to reinstall the application.

      were you able to solve the issue using the workaround?  If not, please open a new discusion thread

      btw this symptom isn't systematically reproducible, but seems to be specific to some workstations, and the corruption of the Database folder (under desktop installation path) .

      You can reset this safely by deleting the entire Database folder (and its contents)
      - path outlined above, yours will be 'Predictive Analysis' branch, rather than Visual Intelligence or Lumira.

    I did reinstall SAPLumira and also I tried to delete the database folder  butcouldn't do it. So, is there any other possibility that you could potentially suggest me on.
