CRM Mail form

Hi

I am current edit a mail form using transaction code CRM_ERMS_MAILFORMS. I want to use the painter to create a mail. The mail is sth like quotation mail. I have to insert table into the mailform. Could someone know how to do such mail form?

BTW it will nice if someone can pass some basic learning PDFs about CRM mailform and how to config mailforms?
